We’ve shared the gifts of the Holy Spirit
but you may ask, “How do we recognize
the Holy Spirit?” Do you believe in wind?
Most likely, you do. Have you ever seen the
wind? No. Wind is invisible. However,
we can most certainly see its effects. In a
similar way, we can recognize the presence
of the Holy Spirit through the effects that the
Spirit has on people. We call these effects,
the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. They are
based on Galatians 5:22-23 and are:
love,
joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity,
faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Have you witnessed the Holy Spirit? Have
others witnessed the Holy Spirit within you?
